Sientra remains committed to continuing its operations through the chapter 11 process and remains focused on serving the needs of our patients. In support of that goal, the Company has obtained court-approval to perform and honor its warranty obligations in the same manner and on the same basis as it did prior to its chapter 11 filing. We cannot speculate how our warranty terms may change once Sientra is under new ownership, but we will provide further updates as they become available.
